Shipping options and rates
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard shipping: USPS or UPS Ground, estimated delivery 5–7 business days, cost: calculated at checkout.
• Expedited shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air, estimated delivery 3–4 business days, cost: calculated at checkout.

Shipping locations and restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.[usercentrics +1]

Shipment confirmation and tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active on the carrier’s system.[bench +1]

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
JLA Beauty and Academy is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to the carrier.[termly +1]
